Enrollment Procedure: Registration begins in mid-February for the upcoming school year. Registration packets are available from the school office. Registration forms must be completed and all fees must be paid before registration is considered complete. Families are asked to bring the following items for a new student’s registration:
• Student’s birth certificate
• Student’s baptismal record (if Catholic)
• Student’s social security number
• All pertinent health records (physical forms and current immunization records)
• A $200 non-refundable Registration Fee for each child

The actual cost of educating a child at St. Cletus is higher than our tuition cost. The difference is subsidized by weekly offerings from St. Cletus parishioners, and support from parish organizations such as the PTO and Men’s Club. We understand that some families may be able to pay more than they are asked, while others need assistance to cover the cost. Charitable donations above and beyond the cost of tuition may be used as tax deductions. A voluntary charitable donation in addition to tuition may be designated for tuition assistance or non-budgeted school supplies and equipment.
Tuition assistance is available for school families experiencing economic difficulties through three programs: Alive in Christ, Catholic Family Tuition Assistance, and St. Cletus Parish. The amount of tuition assistance is based on need. Alive in Christ and Catholic Family Tuition Assistance are Archdiocese programs. You must apply for these two programs before requesting assistance from the parish. Request forms are available at the parish office, or they may be accessed online from the Archdiocese website. Tuition Payment Plans: There is a $60 discount for tuition which is paid in full on or before July 1. Tuition may also be paid in two equal installments, due on or before July 1 and December 1, or, tuition may be paid in 10 monthly installments through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. This is an automatic payment plan in which payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking account on the 5th or 20th of each month for a period of 10 months (July – April).

Commitment Fee: Each family must contribute a $275 commitment fee each year. The funds are used to pay for activities, school supplies and equipment on the school’s wish list. This prevents the children from having to sell magazines, wrapping paper, candy etc. to raise these funds. Your commitment fee may be offset by participating in various PTO sponsored programs, such as the STP gift card program, the Market Day grocery purchasing program and the Box Tops for Education program.
